Hello Dragon-Backers,
This is a quick update for my Exalted peeps. I just wanted to briefly touch base to tell you about latest info on our Dragon-Blooded campaign and the recently completed Lunars Kickstarter campaign.
Pretty much everyone receiving this update should have the PDF already. If you haven't already downloaded, make sure to check for your redemption code in the BackerKit digital rewards locker. If you have downloaded the PDF previously, you will be able to download the latest version when you log in to your DrivethruRPG library.
Similarly, for those who were scheduled to receive the Print-On-Demand Coupon (backers who'd pledged to a tier that included the Deluxe Hardcover), you should have a coupon link available in your BackerKit digital rewards locker for two different versions of the Print-On-Demand copy of this book.
NOTE: THIS IS NOT YOUR DELUXE HARDCOVER COPY! Those files have gone to the printer and production partners and work is beginning on creating those epic artifacts that will be passed down through the generations! Once those mighty tomes have been fully forged, they will be shipped to you as part of the fulfillment process for this campaign. There's still a fair amount of time before that happens, and I will provide plenty of warning to update addresses and other info before we get there.
The easiest way to see if you've got digital downloads available is to login to your backerkit account: https://what-fire-has-wrought.backerkit.com/backer/digital_rewards and it'll show anything available. Your backerkit account should also confirm all rewards that you should expect from your reward tier selected.
For those backers who did not pledge to a tier that included the Deluxe hardcover, or those backers who might be looking for a second copy for the table, or something to use while we wait for the Deluxe books to be created and shipped, there are two different versions of Print-On-Demand options available.
Standard Color Heavyweight uses a thick 70# white paper which has better page opacity. (that's "70 pound" for reference, but does not mean each page weighs 70 lbs!). Standard Heavyweight Color uses inkjet technology. (These are not the same inkjet printers you have at home - these are often as big or bigger than a car!) This option offers lower cost but the colors won't be as sharp or bright as a Premium Color book.
Premium Color Heavyweight uses the same 70# paper, but uses a digital offset press. This option offers superior color quality but is more expensive to produce.
I have a friend with more than 20-years in the printing business, the kind of guy who smells the page to find out which ink was used and can tell the type of printer by touch. He's been very impressed with the Standard Heavyweight PoD productions I've received ("They've done a great job"), and is astounded by the quality of the Premium digital offset books I've ordered ("Really, really amazing quality!").
My suggestion: If you did not order the Deluxe hardcover and want a top-notch copy to collect, go with the Premium Heavyweight and you wont' be disappointed.
If you're ordering a second copy while waiting for your Deluxe hardcover, or want a good copy that you can use frequently at the table, the Standard Heavyweight is up to the task!
(Remember to order via the coupon link in your BackerKit digital rewards locker, if you that was part of your rewards list! That link is your coupon and must be the first step in your PoD order.)

The Saints of Thuvaraiyam had high hopes for Bosocu. His birth drew cold-blooded guardians to his crib, the eldest Ghara Hags treated him like a son, and rumors claimed he was destined to end the Quagheads’ long exile. It was an unpleasant surprise to discover he’d run off one day with a minor chapter full of rabble.
The demon realm of Malfeas lies wholly apart from the mortal world, subject to its baleful masters’ whims and never graced with the orderly presence of Creation’s elements. Instead, its cracks ooze with Theion To, or vitriol: the acid of Hell. The metody are vitriol spirits, alien cousins to Creation’s elementals. They can assume any sort of twisted or distorted human form, often horned or hooved; a few prefer disfigured animal shapes. They only take unblemished forms under compulsion. Their passage etches smoldering footprints into stone and trails a sulfurous stench.

HUGE NEWS - the FINAL version of the Dragon-Blooded: What Fire Has Wrought PDF is now available. If you check your LIBRARY on DriveThruRPG.com, you can filter to UPDATED titles, where you'll be able to re-download the latest version.
If you hadn't yet downloaded your PDF reward, check your Digital Rewards in BackerKit for the redemption code. All PDF versions downloaded from this point forward will be the final version.
With the PDF version finalized, the Print-On-Demand version will be made available soon. For Backers set to receive the PoD Coupon as a reward, you'll receive an e-mail from BackerKit once the code has been loaded and processed. Or, you can check your Digital Rewards locker on BackerKit at any time to see which rewards have been fulfilled.

Hello Dragon-Backers,
An easy update today, because I'm probably already talking to most of you in our currently-running kickstarter campaign for Lunars: Fangs at the Gate. So, you're not going to hear much you don't already know, but for those few who haven't followed us over (or haven't yet...), here's all the news I've got to share.
I believe the final touches are being put on the Dragon-Blooded: What Fire Has Wrought digital files even as I type this, which means the book will soon be going off to print. You can keep track of where every project is by checking Onyx Path's Monday Meeting notes, or wait for my monthly update.

Born to a life of muck and toil among nomadic horse breeders, Isabet left a trail of human misery on her path to the Guild’s highest echelons. She apprenticed with some of the greatest merchant princes of the age: Alhomzira, the Indigo Queen; Lindyana Calaho, master of the qat trade; Nine Stars in Song, whose smuggling fleet they say outsails the Realm’s own biremes.
Despite her prestigious education, Isabet found herself stonewalled as a lesser Guild factor, disdainful of and unsuited to the empty pleasantries of politics. Only discovering Cauldron Valley, a lush jungle-demesne on the fringe of the River Province, and her own thaumaturgic talents saved her from a life of mediocrity.
Nearing 60, Isabet has reforged herself into a master geomancer, using the Valley’s powers to produce unique slaves. Instead of earning a place on the Directorate, Isabet helped found a secret cabal (see The Gouged Eye Society, Conspiracy of Savants) to further her mastery of geomantic lore. Beyond this, her only concern is for her sons, Imri and Sabet; she would move the Imperial Mountain itself to secure their futures.
From the frozen North to the burning South, and all directions in between, there are creatures that stalk Creation. Demons, spirits, monsters and even creatures who live alongside mankind are in every region.
In this collection you will find new foes, encounter old enemies, and learn the secrets of these denizens of Exalted 3rd Edition’s wondrous world.

Onyx Path's latest Kickstarter for a deluxe version of the upcoming Lunars: Fangs at the Gate for Exalted 3rd Edition is halfway over! Exalted fans managed to hit our goal in a mere 39 minutes!
We’re currently sitting at just over $203,000 or 338% of our initial funding target, with over 1830 backers. This means we’ve unleashed 10 stretch goals so far:
Lunars-themed Storyteller Screen as an Add On
Many-Faced Strangers, the Lunar companion book, now contains A section of additional Charms, around 7 quick character stat blocks for animals, Heroes of the Silver Pact (Leviathan, Aum-Ashatra, Aqadar, and Smiling Zamisha), Martial Arts (Toad style, Bear style, Monkey style, Rat style), chapter fiction, and an adventure path (similar to the "War in West" section we funded) called War for the Caul.

We're currently targeting another section for Many-Faced Strangers on The Shadow Fang Vanguard - A discussion of this autocratic splinter group of the Silver Pact, including its traditions, political culture, and ambitions. Also provides stat blocks for its leaders: the majestic, brutal caribou prince Tayan Silver-Crowned; and her black-crowned night heron advisor Feather Drenched in the Blood of the Fallen.
Also - special secret just for the Dragon-Blooded backers... next week, before we talk about Lunar Dominions, we're going to share a sneak peek section from The Realm, just to set the stage for more info on The Caul... so, drop on by!

Well, last month had the big exciting updates. This month will be our ongoing status update and reward tracking, a tease about what's next, and a look around to see what else is going on.
What? Start with a tease? Well, I'm not sure what I should even be talking about. I'd check in with the Exalted developers, but they're super busy putting some final touches on some project in their secret development lair. I guess the SUPER WOLF BLOOD MOON distracted me from remembering what they were working on*. I hope we find out soon...

They Came From Beneath The Sea! is a new tabletop RPG from Onyx Path, encompassing the wonder, horror, thrills, and hilarity of 1950s science fiction. This game evokes all that is great in the B-movies of decades ago, and provides a dynamic, fun experience at the table.
The players, as humans, live in a world under increasing attack. The attackers? Aliens from beneath the sea, obviously!
Adventures can range from the one-shot defense of small coastal town, to the lengthier liberation of a cruise ship invested with gill-kin, all the way to a campaign in which characters seize an alien submarine and ride it all the way down to the sea bed to take the fight to the invaders.
Put down your malt shakes, turn on the jukebox, and prepare your harpoons! You don’t want to be caught unawares when it’s revealed that They Came From Beneath The Sea!
*And, yeah, it's Lunars. It's right there in the project status! Art for the eventual kickstarter is in! I just wanted to plug the super blood wolf moon! That's gotta be a Lunars thing, right?!
