Hey Dragon-Backers,
A reminder that tomorrow, we'll be charging credit cards for anyone who added items in BackerKit after the campaign had ended. If you paid for your Add Ons during the campaign, you have no worries - this is just for those of us who wanted Add On rewards or Pre-orders in BackerKit after the kickstarter had run.
And, I just wanted to throw a quick update out to let you know about Onyx Path and Gen Con 2019.

As you may have read in Onyx Path's recent Monday Meeting Notes blog, they won't have a booth in the Exhibit Hall this year. But that doesn't mean that Onyx Path won't be at the convention, or that you won't be able to pick up copies of your favorite games.
Instead, Onyx Path will be running seminars and game sessions, and leave the Exhibit Hall business to their sales partners - Studio 2 Publishing and Indie Press Revolution (IPR).
The Onyx Path team (Rich, Matt, Eddy, whoever else shows up...) will mostly be participating in the following panels during the convention:
Thursday 3pm – What’s Up With Onyx Path Publishing? panel (Rich Thomas version)
Friday 11am – What’s Up with Onyx Path Community Content? panel
Friday 3pm – Freelancing with Onyx Path Publishing? panel
Saturday 11am – What’s Up with Onyx Path Publishing? panel (Rich-less version)
In addition, there are some programmed game sessions in the Event Guide.
While most of the games are currently marked as sold out this close to the convention, it's always a good idea to double-check if you're really interested. There are sometimes drop outs if people aren't feeling well or are unable to show, and a handful of generic tickets can maybe get you slotted into a vacated chair.
Of course, there will likely be a ton of pick-up and casual games over the Best Four Days in Gaming, so keep your eyes open for anyone wearing a cool T-shirt! I'll be dressed just like my avatar (although it's a few years old now, so imagine with more white in the beard!) so feel free to say hello if you see me!

Just a reminder that we're only a few days before our first lock down date:
1. CONFIRM REWARDS - I'll be locking down all Reward Lists, so if you wanted to add any additional rewards, please do so by JUNE 28, 2019. In two days, I will lock down all reward lists and you won't be able to adjust or add anything after that time.
2. CONFIRM ALL PAYMENT INFORMATION - For any additions you made in BackerKit, or any payments that did not process at the end of the Kickstarter campaign, please ensure your payment information is up to date, valid, and ready to be processed by JULY 12, 2019. In two weeks time, I will instruct BackerKit to lock down and process all outstanding payments.
3. CONFIRM SHIPPING INFORMATION - Please ensure your shipping information is up-to-date with your expected address for August 2019. Please ensure that this information is entered and correct by JULY 19, 2019. Hello Dragon-Backers,
All the fireworks and celebration I saw last night can only mean one thing: we're getting ready for a big reward delivery!
IT'S TIME TO LOCK DOWN THE SURVEYS AND PREPARE FOR SHIPPING!!
Just to pause a moment in the middle of celebration, I ask that everyone reviews their BackerKit survey to confirm rewards and lock in information. Information below on how to access your Survey again, but key follow-up steps are:
1. CONFIRM REWARDS - I'll be locking down all Reward Lists, so if you wanted to add any additional rewards, please do so by JUNE 28, 2019. In two weeks time, I will lock down all reward lists and you won't be able to adjust or add anything after that time.

Consider this the six-weeks-from-shipping warning to update your information, after which point, you agree that our responsibility to you is to ship your order as entered into our pledge manager system to the address listed in BackerKit, that title and risk passes to you upon delivery to a common carrier for such shipment, and you are responsible for import duties or any other duties that may be payable to the relevant tax authorities, providing correct address information and ensuring this address is deliverable by normal methods. Failure to confirm mailing address prior to July 19, 2019 will be taken as agreement that all obligations have been met and no further action or effort is required on the part of Onyx Path.
(Of course, if you're getting digital rewards only, you don't need to worry about your address. This is just for the physical book, maps, and screen).
SHIPPING UPDATE TO COME
This is all in anticipation of shipping around the end of July. I will send another update when the books are actually ready to go and will begin shipping, but we need to have this information locked down prior to that stage. If you find yourself in an unusual circumstance or your residence unexpectedly changes between JULY 19th and the date I send out the shipping update, contact me to see what I can do at that time.

BACKER PDF VERSION
This is the first version of THE REALM to be released. We've sent you these initial Backer PDFs for a couple obvious reasons:
1) To thank you for your support! You helped keep this game alive and bring this expansion into the world, and you deserve to see it first!
2) To make the final version the best it can be! The design and development teams have done their best to proofread and correct any errors and typos - but some always sneak through. If you catch any typos, incorrect math, visual glitches, and the like, we want to hear about them and correct them before we send the book off to print.
With that in mind, I'd like to introduce the new errata and correction process!
Onyx Path has launched a special The Realm Errata Form, which you can access here:
Generally, we try to keep errata collection open for the next 2 weeks, although they may be accessible a little longer due to the new nature of this method. Still, please report what you can as soon as possible to make sure we're getting everything covered.
We won't be collecting errata from other spots, just this specific form. Please note this form will be for errata only - typos, incorrect math, page elements that overlap incorrectly, etc. It won't be for book discussion - you can do that in a different thread, or on the Kickstarter comments page.
Also, they already know about the Page XX notations - those are usually corrected after any changes are made and the books are being finalized.
After any needed corrections are made (based on your feedback!), we will prepare an updated final PDF version of the book and you will receive a notice that you can re-download your file with the latest version.
You've already made the book a reality with your Kickstarter support. Now you can make it even better by helping us crowdsource any minor errors and corrections.

There are several fun changes to the Exalted project list since last month, particularly seeing new titles on the First Draft stage, and seeing Dragon-Blooded move further along on the production process. The printer proofs have been reviewed and approved, and now the physical work of building the book has begun!
