Dragon-Blooded: What Fire Has Wrought is a core expansion for the Exalted tabletop roleplaying game. Hello Dragon-Backers,
It's been just over a month since my last status update, so we're due! No major changes since last time - work continues on What Fire Has Wrought, with art direction and layout progress being made bit by bit.
With no major updates, I'll take a moment to update you on various Exalted releases, podcasts, and our current reward status list before plugging our latest kickstarter project.
It's James, your point person for this Kickstarter campaign.
White Wolf has announced that Exalted will soon be coming to Storytellers Vault, their portal for community-created content. The Storytellers Vault will allow fans to self-publish RPG material or fiction using any Exalted edition, with content creators themselves setting the price for the material they publish and receiving 50% of the revenue. It will provide access to templates and art packs, and allow publishing in any language supporting the vast global Exalted community. So, if you've had some Exalted stories brewing inside you, or gaming material that you've been dying to share, you'll soon have a new outlet for your creativity.

Dystopia Rising: Evolution - the latest Onyx Path Kickstarter campaign.
A post-apocalyptic setting featuring a mash up of Mad Max, Walking Dead, and the X-Men - plus so much more! The original edition spawned a live-action sensation, and now the game has come full-circle as Dystopia Rising: Evolution, a new edition of the tabletop roleplaying game that uses Onyx Path's Storypath System and incorporates and advances the setting as built by players and writers over many years.
Dystopia Rising: Evolution includes all the rules you need to play as a survivor in the post-apocalypse, including rules for creating characters for up to 24 different Strains, variations on humanity that survived the Fall. It also has details on the powers of faith and psionics, along with advice on running action-adventure stories, webs of personal intrigue, or procedural investigations. And, finally, dozens of antagonists, including a variety of zombies and raiders to use in your series.
We've already achieved our funding goal and are on our way to unlocking our third stretch goal, which adds more content and rewards to backers! If that sounds interesting to you, and you'd like to help re-build society and forge new communities after the Fall, come check it out!

Hello Dragon-Backers,
We're a week away from the Gen Con gaming convention in Indianapolis, so I'm sending out the August update a bit early. If you'll be attending the massive convention running August 2-5, come visit Onyx Path at Booth 501 and maybe check out the What's Up with Onyx Path?panel to see what's planned for the next year(s).
Looking at the latest Monday Meeting Notes Production Schedule, it looks like there's a lot planned - the Lunars book is now out of first draft and in redlines!
Another great spot for some Exalted news, the OnyxPathcast recently interviewed awesome developer Eric Minton. If you haven't already heard it, it's definitely worth a listen to hear some tidbits about plans for the future...
Eric's also scheduled to be a guest on an upcoming episode of The Deliberative Podcast, and I'm sure those guys will try to dig out some Exalted secrets and plans...

It also includes the Chronicle of the Dead, featuring the Sin-Eaters’ struggle against the all-consuming Underworld and a variety of terrifying threats. In addition, for the first time in the Chronicles of Darkness line, ghosts are presented as playable characters.

Hello Dragon-backers,
Another reward is being fulfilled this morning!
Now, most of you are already familiar with the Exalted 3rd Edition core rulebook and experts on the game, but as I've mentioned, I missed out on the first Exalted kickstarter and have only recently come into the game through the Dragon-Blooded campaign. So, while I was entranced by the writing and descriptions in the What Fire Has Wrought manuscript, there were a few gaps in my understanding because I hadn't read the Exalted 3rd Edition core rules! But that changes now!
I'll begin my studies and transform the Bell Household into the House of Bells, learning the ins and outs of this amazing game.

A Game about Second Chances gets a Second Edition...
On Monday, July 2nd, 12 noon Eastern US time, we start the Kickstarter for Geist: The Sin-Eaters 2nd Edition for Chronicles of Darkness! If the very brief bit of info below sounds interesting, we'll have a lot more when the KS goes live - love to see you there!
In Geist: The Sin-Eaters, you play a person who died with a powerful burden on their soul — something they didn't accomplish in life, or something they never found. On the other side of the veil, they made a bargain with a powerful being called a geist, which returned them to the world of the living and to their own body, at the cost of a permanent bond between them and the geist. Now your character stands as a medium, with one foot in the world of the living and one in the world of the dead.

It's the first day of summer where I live, so just wanted to send a quick update on our status - no major changes, but if you haven't read the latest Exalted Dev Diary, you should check it out to see how many things will be coming your way in the future.
Final Hours of Fetch Quest
Mostly, I just wanted to touch base while there's still a few hours left in the latest Onyx Path kickstarter campaign for the Fetch Quest card game.
Fetch Quest is a family-friendly cooperative deck-building game. Each player represents a pioneer on a dangerous quest. The pioneers work together to overcome dangerous challenges and resolve missions. Once the missions are resolved, the quest is finished and the players win the game. We're running this Kickstarter to get additional new art for the cards and get the project printed in a form we can put into stores.

Hello Dragon-Backers,
Normally, you'd see an update like this from me once a month, just a check-in and update to let you know where the various Dragon-Blooded projects are sitting and how the campaign is progressing. This campaign, however, has already had 3 updates from me recently, as lots of stuff was happening in May. So this post is mostly a quick summary of where we're at - I want to keep things constant and consistent over the life of this project.

Remember we hit a Stretch Goal and added more art to the Dragon-Blooded book? Well, it's underway and on it's way, and the Onyx Path crew are busy incorporating it into the layout of the book. It's going to be gorgeous.
Also, awesome to note that The Realm is already in the Art Direction stage.
Also, a quick peek at the top of the list (the earliest stages) shows us Lunars: Fangs at the Gate in early First Draft stage! Love it!

KICKSTARTER CONCIERGE
I'll end this month's update with another quick reminder that I'm currently running Onyx Path's latest campaign, for family-friendly card game Fetch Quest.
Fetch Quest is a cooperative deck-building game. Each player represents a pioneer on a dangerous quest. The pioneers work together to overcome dangerous challenges and resolve missions. Once the missions are resolved, the quest is finished and the players win the game. We're running this Kickstarter to get additional new art for the cards and get the project printed in a form we can put into stores.
The game is already funded, and now we want to dig into building our "booster pack" of cards, including adding cat pioneers from the Monarchies of Mau and opening the game up to allow Community Content and home-brewed expansion.
