Dragon-Blooded: What Fire Has Wrought is a core expansion for the Exalted tabletop roleplaying game. Exalted 3rd Edition is set in a mythic world where spirits walk openly among men, warring demigods topple kingdoms, and the restless dead roam on moonless nights. Heroes granted power by the mightiest gods war and intrigue against one another for the fate of Creation. These are the Exalted!

Hello Dragon-Backers,
I held off as long as I could for our monthly update for April, hoping that we might get surprised by a Stretch Goal reward, but it doesn't look like it was meant to be for this month. According to the most recent Monday Meeting Notes on the Onyx Path website, Heirs of the Shogunate is in the Second Proofing stage, so I'm hopeful we'll see it before too much longer.
I do have some more art to share!
So, we'll continue to be patient for a little while longer. Hopefully we'll have some adjustments to our rewards list for next month's update!

Hello Dragon-Backers,
No big update for you yet, but we're getting close. I think Heirs to the Shogunate is finishing up in layout soon and will go to the team for proofing to catch any last issues before it's our turn to review, so hopefully not too much longer. I do have another picture!

Victorian Mage provides advice and material for running your Mage: The Ascension 20th Anniversary Edition chronicles amid the tumult of the Victorian era, as the Order of Reason rises to power and the Traditions falter.
Within this book you will also find a details of the state of the great magickal powers in this era: the Order of Reason, preparing for their metamorphosis into the Technocratic Union and riding upon the great beast of Empire; the Council of Nine, now merely eight, caught in infighting and looking for a new peer; and the Crafts, the manifold practices of magick across the world, who fight to save their peoples from conquest and exploitation.
In addition, Victorian Mage includes an examination of life as a magus in the stratified society of Imperial Britain and the wider empire; rules reflecting the difference in how magick works during this age, when the Consensus of the Technocracy has yet to enfold the globe; and a gazetteer of the Victorian world, touching on cultures and conflicts across the globe as empires struggle for dominance and the masses struggle simply to survive.

Hello Dragon-backers,
It's the first update of 2021! Nothing fancy this month, we've still got two projects that are working their way through the production pathway, but I wanted to ensure that we continue our regular schedule of month end updates so that everyone knows where things stand.
Zero dots in healing.
There will hopefully be a big kickstarter project or two for Exalted this year, but right now I can just see everything is still on the project progress chart. I'll keep an eye on anything exciting and let you know whenever we find out more.
And, while I'm looking at Exalted awesomeness forthcoming, let's also check in to see some stuff that's out there now! Spreading the Exalted love!
Systematic Understanding of Everything is a fantastic Exalted Explainer Podcast by Exalted Dev Monica Speca and Exalted Writer Chazz Kellner. You should check it out, because it remains among the best Exalted shows out there.
After enjoying that, let's get back to keeping an eye on these two final projects and watching them as they work through their own progress pathway and eventually out to us!

2020 Year End Update

Hello Dragon-backers,
Sneaking in a month end update - really, a year end update - in the middle of holiday baking (mostly tasting for me) and a long list of check in calls to make with friends and family. I missing rolling dice in person with my friends, and really miss seeing my family. I hope next year is a bit gentler on all of us.
Year end updates getting me emotional. Gonna get to status check ins to keep it together!
This year has obviously been full of unexpected challenges and difficult times. I know the Onyx Path team and writers were hit hard by the chaotic and shifting nature of the year, and plans and projects had to be shuffled around as situations and solutions were figured out. Projects that were expected to be completed or nearing completion were sometimes delayed, sometimes rescheduled, but never abandoned. I'm hoping 2021 is a much more manageable time, and looking forward to the results of the hard work of the Onyx Path team in keeping the machine running as best they could during this weird year.

ONYX PATH ON KICKSTARTER IN 2020
To say this year was challenging would be an understatement. Despite difficult, uncertainty, and demanding situations, the Onyx Path team continued to work on the great projects that have made us fans. It wasn't easy - schedules shifted, delays managed, and difficulties dealt with - but here we are at the end of 2020 and, despite the chaos, there are some victories to show!
Kickstarter continues to be an important part of the process for Onyx Path, and looking at the long list of projects in the works on the Monday Meeting Notes blog, it certainly looks like that’ll continue to be the case in 2021.
Rather than just take pre-order for an upcoming project, Kickstarter has allowed Onyx Path to gauge interest in game lines (to see if they should develop additional projects beyond those offered during the campaign), and sometimes even add additional projects to a game line immediately via Stretch Goal achievements. More importantly, it’s a chance to interact with the community and for everyone to get involved from the earliest stages.
Looking at 2020, Onyx Path had 7 Kickstarter campaigns funded, with one more currently on the go!
And, though the campaign still has a day to go, the recent DeadMan's Rust mega-adventure and setting supplement for ScarredLands 5th Edition has funded, which means it will get added to the list soon!
